Durable Perforated Slats

The body of the CD.100 is designed with perforated slats that provide both durability and ventilation. While the door comes in a single standard color — Silver Gray, the perforations allow natural light and airflow, making the home brighter and more comfortable.

The BossDoor® CD.100 perforated slats are produced on advanced manufacturing lines imported Germany and Switzerland. They are made 6063T6 aluminum alloy, meeting international standards for durability and strength over time.

Each slat is finished with electrostatic powder coating using a fully automated system. When viewed at a 45º angle, tiny sparkling white dots — Metallic and Polyester-H2 particles — are visible. These enhance the door’s aesthetic appeal, increase the hardness of the paint surface, and prevent color fading. (Industrial Design Patent No. 9926)

The slats are manufactured entirely imported aluminum alloy, offering significant advantages over using only pure aluminum. The alloy, after processing, provides strength comparable to carbon steel, while remaining lightweight.

The aluminum alloy 6063T5/6063T6 is considered super-durable, with excellent sound and heat insulation, high strength, and long-lasting performance. The paint finish is guaranteed for 10 years, ensuring that consumers can use the door without worrying about peeling or oxidation over time.

Equipped with Automatic Roll Code (ARC) technology, the CD.100 generates billions of unique, random opening codes. After each opening and closing, the access code automatically changes, making code duplication impossible.

Combined with Semi-Automatic motion technology integrated the control box, the door automatically reverses when it encounters obstacles, moving safely up or down.
